Valued Friendship...

I will be the first to say what a value true friends are and this past week I had a rewarding few days with yes... my friends.

Friend #1 A life long friend in San Diego was being honored and receiving an award. I wanted to go but didn't know if I would be able to. Well I did get down there (just for the reception) and was able to surprise her.

I have been blessed with wonderful friends and believe this saying to be true... people walk into our lives each day but others come and leave foot prints on our heart and we are never the same... this is one such friend. Congratulation Carolyn.

Friend #2 another dear friend that we lost touch with. The circumstances are not clear as to why... just life events I guess. Well I have been searching and searching for Carrie for years yes years with no luck. I mentioned it to my daughter (the techno daughter) and within just a few minutes she was able to locate her and precipitate a reunion with this long lost friend.

It was so, so good to see her and get caught up with where life has taken us. Friends are too precious to lose in the stress of life. I am so very happy to have Carrie back in my life and I plan not to lose her again
