Words with Friends...

I have been introduced to a scrabble type online thing... a long distance scrabble game on your phone. I was hesitant to play since I don't really like scrabble but... I am addicted.

Here are just a few of the words I have been introduced to over the past few weeks.

Guvs- term of address used to a man, esp. by a younger man, boy, employee, or social inferior.
Inure- To habituate to something undesirable, especially by prolonged subjection
Qat- African tea
Zeta- The sixth letter of the Greek Alphabet
Naled- a synthetic insecticide and miticide
Qis-physical life force
Cloyed- to weary by an excess of food, sweetness, pleasure, etc.; satiate
Vrouw- a woman; wife; lady
